LATROBE, Pa., March 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- James T. Vaughan has been named Senior Vice President and Division Manager, Asset Management & Trust for Commercial Bank & Trust of PA, effective March 7, 2005. Mr. Vaughan joined Commercial Bank & Trust in 1999 as an Assistant Vice President and Trust & Investment Officer. He was appointed Vice President in 2000 and named Senior Vice President and Senior Investment Officer at Highview Trust Company, returning to Commercial Bank & Trust upon Highview's re-incorporation into the bank in December 2004. Vaughan will report to Gregg E. Hunter, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Jim Vaughan has over 20 years experience in trust and is a Certified Financial Planner - his educational background includes a bachelor's degree and MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Central Atlantic School of Trust and the Cannon Financial Institute.
In addition to Latrobe where Commercial Bank & Trust of PA, a subsidiary of Commercial National Financial Corporation, is headquartered, the firm serves the Westmoreland County market from nine other community banking facilities located in Greensburg, Hempfield Township, Ligonier, North Huntingdon, Unity Township and West Newton.
